The Core Skills Functional Strength program has been designed to reflect the physical elements of a Firefighters role and its fitness assessments, both during the initial application phase and during the career of the current Firefighter.
The sessions are focused so you are not spending 2 hours in the gym and can be completed alongside a busy lifestyle or in-between calls while on station.
All individuals working with a tactical fitness focus will benefit from this program, along with anyone else with just an interest in getting stronger, moving better, and improving their overall fitness levels functionally and practically.
