Frontline Resilience has been built specifically to account for changes in goals, changes in lifestyle and ultimately change in our body’s construction as the years tick on.

Through nearly 20 years in the fire service, nearly 10 years as a personal trainer and heading into my mid-40s fast, I have built both professional and personal experience in what should become the priority for our training and general wellbeing.

If you have become more interested in building an injury free body and want to improve functional strength that is relevant to your everyday and working life then this programme is for you!

Who is the programme for?

If you tick any one, or more, of these boxes then this programme is designed for you;

  • Over 40 years old
  • History of injuries and/or niggles with shoulders, lower back and knees
  • Goal of staying as fit and healthy as possible for as long as possible
  • Not interested in chasing numbers of weight or a six pack anymore (although would secretly still love one!?)
  • Trapped in a cycle of starting numerous training programmes only to find it doesn’t fit your lifestyle or goals so 2 weeks down the line you give up
  • Fed up of watching ripped 20 somethings on social media giving advice without the consideration of having kids, previous injuries and busy lifestyles
