100% yes! Although my background is in the fire service, anyone who wants to improve their functional strength, build a bullet proof body and get a programme that looks at all aspects of health and fitness will benefit from my coaching support.
There is unlimited support with all packages! Ranging from messaging, regular check-ins, daily touch points and 1 on 1 calls, you are never left alone!
Absolutely! Our plans are flexible, allowing you to upgrade or downgrade as your needs change. With bespoke packages, we just ask that you complete the process initially built for you but then you are free to continue or change depending on your needs.
All our packages use a platform that is designed to be as user friendly as possible and the onboarding process includes full explanation/demos of the system and we wont continue until you ae happy and confident. However, if you really do not get on with technology, there are ways around it and we will work with you to give you the same service but built using systems you are confident with.
We offer a 7 day free trial for the Core Skills Functional Strength Programme but not on our bespoke services. This is because of the work completed to build your programme and support, in order to make it as best as possible for you.
